About Jules
I’m Jules Sloan, RMT and owner of Moss & Moon Massage Therapy. My treatments are therapeutic and focused, with an emphasis on looking beyond the area that hurts and working with what may be contributing to it.

Depending on what you come in with, your treatment may include traditional massage techniques, myofascial release, movement, stretching or functional release. The goal is always the same: a treatment that makes sense for your body and what’s actually bothering you.

Which Appointment Should I Choose?

Choose Therapeutic Massage for a slow, thorough massage that may include deep tissue work, gentle stretching and other techniques where they're useful.

Or choose Myofascial Release for more focused work using sustained fascial techniques, movement, positioning and decompression to address stubborn restrictions and limited mobility.

Not sure which to choose? Therapeutic Massage is a great place to start.

First visit or dealing with a more complex concern? Select Assessment & Treatment to allow dedicated time for assessment without cutting into your hands-on treatment.
